downloadxAI provides a free web tool that lets you save publicly available videos from OK.ru (Odnoklassniki) for personal, offline viewing. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You may use downloadxAI only to download content that you own, that you have explicit permission to save, or that is licensed for such use (for example, Creative Commons material). Downloading a public video for your own personal, offline viewing is generally acceptable — but the responsibility for how you use downloaded files rests with you.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Re-upload, sell, sublicense, or redistribute downloaded content without the rights holder’s permission.
• Perform bulk or automated scraping of OK.ru or of this service.
• Attempt to access private, restricted, or paywalled videos, or to circumvent any technical protection.
• Interfere with the service’s infrastructure, including denial-of-service attempts or abuse of the API.

We work hard to keep downloadxAI fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or block any user or IP address that abuses the service, and to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, downloadxAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero, since the service is free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
