downloadxAI respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders. Our tool does not host, store, or distribute any video content — it simply helps users save publicly available videos they already have access to. We respond promptly to valid copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your copyrighted work is being made accessible through our service without authorization, send a written notice to our DMCA Agent (see below) that includes all of the following:

• Your full name, organization (if any), and contact information — a physical or electronic signature is required.
• A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material or the OK.ru links involved, so we can locate them.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices cannot be processed, so please include every item above.

We review every complete complaint and take appropriate action — including blocking the reported links from our service — within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once action has been taken.

If you believe a link was blocked in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the blocked material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the block was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore access within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
